These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clear Image at https://clearimage.online, including Enhance, Remove Background, Edit, Image to Image, Text to Image, and related Studio features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Account Registration

You may need an account to use certain features. Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is illegal, harmful, or abusive
• Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service
• Bypass credit limits, payment, or access controls
• Use outputs to mislead others about a person's identity or create illegal deepfakes where prohibited by law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Credits, Plans, and Payment

• Paid features consume credits according to the pricing shown in the product and on /pricing
• Subscription credits and purchased credits are governed by the plan or pack you buy; unused subscription credits may reset on each grant cycle as described in-product
• Payments are processed by third parties (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Creem). You authorize charges for the plans or packs you select
• You may cancel a subscription according to the billing portal or settings; cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy

Your Content and Outputs

You retain ownership of images and prompts you upload ("Input"). Subject to these Terms and the rights of third parties, you own the outputs generated for you from your Input ("Output"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Input and Output solely to operate and improve the service (including sending data to AI providers needed for generation).

You represent that you have all rights needed to upload Input and to use Output as you intend. AI results may be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing Output before publishing or commercial use.

Our Intellectual Property

The Clear Image website, branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that Output will meet your specific requirements. Third-party models and networks may affect availability and quality.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Image and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. We may modify or discontinue features with or without notice where reasonable.
